Each piece of furniture is planned and manufactured according to your individual specifications in our workshop in Vienna. Custom-made means that we accommodate your room dimensions, material preferences, and design ideas. Subsequent changes to dimensions or design after production has started are not possible. Please coordinate all details with us before placing the order.
We exclusively work with certified wood from sustainable forestry. Our standard woods include oak, walnut, cherry, maple, and ash. We are happy to discuss special requests such as exotic woods or specific veneers in advance. The availability and prices of such woods may vary and are calculated individually.
After your inquiry, we arrange a non-binding consultation appointment, either at our workshop or at your location. Together, we discuss your wishes, take measurements, and create a detailed cost estimate. We only begin production after your written confirmation. The delivery time depends on the scope of the project and will be communicated to you before the order is placed.
The stated delivery times are guidelines and are based on the current workload of our workshop. Delays due to unforeseeable events such as material shortages or force majeure are reserved. We will inform you immediately if completion is delayed. There is no legal entitlement to adherence to the stated delivery time unless a written binding commitment has been given.
All our furniture is treated with high-quality oils, waxes, or varnishes that protect the wood and preserve its natural beauty. Nevertheless, as a natural material, wood is subject to certain changes: it reacts to temperature and humidity fluctuations, may develop fine cracks, or change color. This is not a defect but a natural characteristic. With proper care – we are happy to advise you on this – your piece of furniture will remain beautiful for many years.
